1. About Riyanjaly & Ansh Media

Riyanjaly & Ansh Media is a premium creative agency providing digital production services to clients globally. We are registered in Uttar Pradesh, India, and operate as a fully remote creative entity.

2. Services We Provide

We provide a comprehensive suite of digital production services, tailored explicitly to creator and brand requirements, including:

• Video Production & Editing: High-retention editing for YouTube, social media, and commercial formats.
• Graphic Designing: Thumbnails, brand identity, and custom illustrations.
• 2D & 3D Animation: Product rendering, motion graphics, and character animation.
• Scriptwriting: Structured narratives, hooks, and commercial copywriting.

3. Your Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth collaborative process, as a client, you agree to the following:

You Must:

• Provide accurate, complete information when submitting project briefs.
• Ensure you hold the necessary rights to any raw materials, logos, or assets you provide to us for editing or animation.
• Respond to feedback and review requests in a timely manner.

You Must NOT:

• Request services for the creation of illegal, highly offensive, or malicious content.
• Submit assets or materials that violate third-party intellectual property rights.
• Attempt to bypass our communication workflows or payment structures.

4. Revisions & Approvals

We strive for perfection upon initial delivery. However, creative projects often require fine-tuning.

• Each project agreement will outline a specific number of complimentary revisions.
• Major scope changes requested after the initial brief has been approved will incur additional fees and timeline extensions.
• Failure to respond with revision requests within 7 business days of a draft delivery constitutes formal approval of the project.

5. Payment & Fees

All fees are clearly communicated before production commits.

• Depending on the project scale, we require partial or full payment upfront before commencing work.
• Invoices must be paid within the timeline specified in your individual agreement.
• Payments are generally non-refundable once production has commenced, given the bespoke nature of creative services, except as determined strictly at our discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

Our Content: All website content (text, design, branding) belongs to Riyanjaly & Ansh Media and is protected by applicable laws. You may not copy or utilize it without explicit permission.

Your Content: Upon full and final payment, you assume full ownership and exploitation rights to the final delivered media assets. You retain ownership of all original raw materials you provide to us.

Portfolio Rights: Riyanjaly & Ansh Media retains the perpetual, non-exclusive right to display the final work in our portfolios, social media, and promotional materials to showcase our capabilities, unless a specific Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is executed prior to the project start.

7. Disclaimers

Our creative deliverables are provided "as is". While we guarantee professional, premium quality aligned with established industry standards, we do not guarantee:

• Specific algorithmic results, view counts, or financial outcomes on platforms like YouTube or social media.
• That subjective creative choices will universally satisfy all distinct audiences.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Riyanjaly & Ansh Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill) arising from your use of our deliverables. Our maximum total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount you paid us for the specific project in dispute.

9. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These terms and all matters relating to your engagement with Riyanjaly & Ansh Media are governed by the laws of Uttar Pradesh, India. Any legal disputes, controversies, or claims arising out of this agreement shall be sequentially handled via:

1. Informal resolution via email communication.
2. Good-faith mediation.
3. Subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Uttar Pradesh, India.
